Professor Stefan Koelsch, currently at the Freie Universität Berlin, will join the University of Bergen and the Bergen fMRI Group in the fall of 2015.

Liv E. Falkenberg, member of the Bergen fMRI Group, successfully defended her PhD thesis for the doctoral degree on Friday December 5

"Neuronal Underpinnings of Healthy and Dysfunctional Cognitive Control"

Acting as Faculty Opponents were Dr. Martin Walter, University of Magdeburg, Germany and Dr. René Huster, University of Oldenburg, Germany, with Dr. Janne Grønli, University of Bergen as coordinator.


The Award for Outstanding Research, Møbius Prize, has been awarded to Prof. Kenneth Hugdahl, University of Bergen, for his graundbreaking research on the brain.
