From the 2nd to the 6th April 2016 members of the Bergen fMRI group and collaboration partners from Sandviken Psychiatric Hospital
attended the 5th SIRS Conference (Schizophrenia International Research Society Conference) in Florence, Italy.

The collaboration with Prof. Iris Sommer’s group at the Utrecht University Medical Center
from the Netherlands was strengthened during the stay, and here the Bergen and Utrecht groups are joined for dinner.

Bergen-Tartu collaboration end seminar (Norway Grants)

This February, a 2-year collaboration project between the researchers in Tartu, Estonia and Bergen, Norway in the project "Language and Auditory Brain" (BerTaLAB), funded by Norway-Estonia collaboration grant, comes to end. Researchers from both participating groups celebrated the collaboration on 17th to 18th February at the Institute of Biological and Medical Psychology at University of Bergen with an open seminar and workshop. The core researchers Risto Näätänen and Kairi Kreegipuu from Tartu and Kristiina Kompus, René Westerhausen and Kenneth Hugdahl, together with Richard Naar,  Nika Radziun and Laura Orgo smile happily as they reflect upon the successful collaboration.
